Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team focusing on residential construction projects. The ideal candidate will work closely within a small team to deliver high-quality framing and finishing work while having opportunities for growth into lead and project management roles. Occasional travel to job sites is expected.
Responsibilities
- Perform framing tasks for residential construction
- Complete finishing carpentry work to ensure quality and detail
- Collaborate effectively with a small team of 2-5 members
- Maintain and manage carpentry tools and equipment
- Follow safety protocols on job sites
- Adapt to occasional travel requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in carpentry
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency with carpentry tools and measurement techniques
- Strong problem-solving skills
