HVAC​/R Service Specialist

Job Description

Premium Farm Solutions is seeking a highly motivated HVAC/R Service & Installation Technician who takes pride in solving problems, working independently, and delivering exceptional service. This role combines advanced troubleshooting, repair, maintenance, and installation work in Michigan's agricultural industry. This position is responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and installing HVAC and refrigeration equipment at customer locations. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-minded, customer-focused, and committed to quality workmanship.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems
• Perform preventive maintenance and system inspections
• Install and commission new equipment
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control system issues
• Communicate findings and recommendations with customers
• Complete service documentation accurately and on time
• Follow all company safety procedures and industry standards

What We're Looking For

• Experience servicing HVAC and/or refrigeration systems
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Ability to work independently and manage service schedules
• Ability to lift equipment and work in varying indoor and outdoor conditions

Preferred Qualifications

• EPA Certification
• HVAC/R certification, trade school training, or equivalent experience
• Experience with commercial refrigeration systems
• Experience with controls and electrical diagnostics
