We are seeking experienced Java Full Stack Developers with 6–10 years of hands‑on development experience to join a high‑performing team supporting enterprise applications for Ford. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java development, cloud‑based solutions, messaging systems, and modern Dev Ops practices.
Required Skills- Strong experience with Core Java and object-oriented programming concepts.
- Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs and web services.
- Hands‑on experience with messaging platforms such as Kafka, Google Pub/Sub, or similar event‑driven technologies.
- Experience integrating applications with cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation tools.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong problem‑solving, debugging, and communication skills.
- Experience with Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
- Exposure to containerization technologies and cloud-native applications.
- Familiarity with Git, Jenkins, and modern Dev Ops practices.
- Experience working on large‑scale enterprise applications.
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable Java-based applications.
- Build and integrate REST APIs and event‑driven services.
- Develop cloud-integrated solutions using GCP technologies.
- Participate in CI/CD implementation and deployment activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
