Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $18.00 per hour Shift: First Mon – Friday 8AM to 5PM

What's a typical day as a Material Handler? You'll be:
- Performing various shipping and receiving duties both manually and with a forklift.
- Maintaining accurate inventory and conducting inventory actions such as cycle counts and daily perpetual counts.
- Providing superior customer service and communicating positively with customers and team members.
- Preparing orders by processing requests, pulling materials, packing boxes, and placing orders in the delivery area.
- Keeping the work environment safe and clean by maintaining shelves, pallet areas, and workstations.
- Using the warehouse management system to research and resolve issues or errors.
- Processing purchase orders, receiving, warehouse product put-away, customer orders, and warehouse transfers.
- Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have at least 2-3 years of warehouse operational experience (required).
- Possess forklift experience and are comfortable lifting up to 70 pounds.
- Can climb ladders and work on your feet throughout the shift.
- Hold a high school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Have PC/computer experience and familiarity with scan gun usage (preferred).
- Demonstrate experience with inventory and shipping/receiving (preferred).
- Are able to sit, stand, walk, reach, bend, and move between workstations as needed.
- Can see and hear clearly in a noisy environment, with or without corrective aids.
