Warehouse Associate

The Warehouse Associate will assist the warehouse department in all warehousing functions, with order processing and replenishment as their main priorities.

• Starting Pay: $16.75 - $18.75 per hour
• Sign‑On Bonus: $250 (after 30 days)
• Hourly increase: $0.25 per quarter up to $1.00 in Year 1
• Quarterly Performance Bonus: up to $600
• Weekly Market Stipend: $20
• After‑hours pay: $1.00 per hour after 4 PM & on Sundays (effective 8/23/2026)
• Sunday shift: 8:00 AM until work is completed
• Monday–Thursday shift: 11:00 AM until work is completed

• Pick orders accurately and efficiently using an iPad.
• Organize and maintain products in the warehouse & Light Speed racks using FIFO.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
• Maintain lines of communication with production line/team leaders and supervisors.
• Communicate all inventory discrepancies to team leaders and the Supply Chain Manager.
• Record accurate inventory counts of products picked, packed, scrapped, and excess.
• Complete additional projects and assignments as needed.
• Load/unload trucks for all routes/markets.
• Stock replenishment.

• Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking, understanding).
• Displays a service‑oriented attitude and encourages others to improve service actions.
• Maintains a positive attitude and enthusiasm with co‑workers and customers.
• Meets company‑established picking metrics on a weekly basis.
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
• Willingness to use iPads and other warehouse technology daily.
• Good written and oral communication skills within the organization.
• Encouraged to complete in‑house forklift certification.
