Analyze production reporting and physical inventories. Maintains inventory accuracy and the proper flow of materials from receiving to usage in production.

• Execute daily and weekly physical inventory counts.
• Execute warehouse cycle counts.
• Maintain and track inventory through ERP system.
• Oversee/monitor the flow of materials to ensure plant success.
• Process, develop, and maintain reports on inventory.
• Work with teams at the plant level to ensure successful inventory movement, planning and storage.
• Investigate difference of inventory-root cause and put corrective action improvement in place.
• Bar code scanning.
• Picking orders from the warehouse.
• Assist with training of associates on inventory practices and systems.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Work Experience:

• 2–3-year inventory experience preferred.
• Barcode scanning experience preferred.
• General production experience preferred.

• Must be able to work independently.

• Proficient using PC, via keyboard/mouse, and various software applications (i.e., Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook).
• Ability to comprehend and comply with GMP rules and Food Safety guidelines.
• Ability to work as contributing member within the team.
