Overview

Receptionist – Premier Inn Llandudno (Glan-Conwy)

We are recruiting for a Receptionist at Premier Inn Llandudno (Glan-Conwy). This role is 24 hours per week, with a pay rate up to £13.06 per hour.

As the friendly face of the hotel, you will welcome guests and help ensure a smooth start to their stay by coordinating with housekeeping to prepare rooms and providing excellent customer service from check-in onward.

• Welcome guests on arrival and assist with check-in/out in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and respond to guest requests.
• Collaborate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are prepared to a high standard.
• Support front desk operations as part of Whitbread’s hospitality team.

• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Ability to work 24 hours per week (schedule details to be confirmed).
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
