At Aspris Children’s Services we are searching for a dedicated leader to join and guide our home in Llanelli during the next exciting phase of development. The home supports up to 3 young people aged 8‑17 with emotional, social and behavioural difficulties in a safe, caring, loving and family‑oriented environment.

• Lead and manage the Daily operations of the home.
• Develop and inspire both staff and children to achieve their full potential.
• Plan and oversee activities that meet each child’s individual needs.
• Collaborate with the wider Aspris Group to enhance life opportunities for young people.

• Experience as a childcare practitioner in a residential setting.
• Level 5 Diploma / DipSW qualification, or a willingness to obtain it.
• Full driving licence.
• Passion for putting children and young people at the centre of all that you do.
