A children's care provider in Wales is looking for a Deputy Manager to lead a small residential home supporting young people. The ideal candidate will have a QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care and at least 2 years of experience in a similar residential setting. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality care, leading shifts, and mentoring staff.

This full-time, permanent position offers a competitive salary of £38,500 with Monday-Friday hours.
