Prospero-Health- in Rhondda Cynon Taff is seeking caring staff to support children and young people with complex needs. You will assist with day-to-day tasks, promote safety, and help develop living skills and access to education/therapy.
Role involves safeguarding, building relationships with families and professionals, and preparing reports. Night shifts (8pm-8am) and sleep-ins are part of the schedule, with mileage and ongoing online training provided.
