Bar and Lounge Assistant

We are seeking an enthusiastic Bar and Lounge Assistant to join our vibrant team at a prestigious luxury hotel and spa. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to an exceptional guest experience in a renowned hospitality setting.

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and soft drinks, to high standards.

• Provide friendly and professional service to guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in the bar and lounge areas.

• Assist with stock management, including restocking and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

• Support the bar team in delivering exceptional customer service and memorable guest experiences.

• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.

• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.

• Previous experience in a bar, restaurant, or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential.

• A passion for delivering excellent customer service and creating a welcoming environment.

• Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Basic knowledge of beverages and a willingness to learn.

• Competitive salary of £25,460 per annum.

• Live-in accommodation available (subject to availability).

• A 40-hour workweek spread over 5 days.
