Gateway Hospitality Recruitment is assisting a country hotel on the English/Welsh borders to recruit a skilled Sous Chef. You will help lead the kitchen during busy services, work in a Rosette-standard kitchen with fresh seasonal ingredients, and supervise the team as needed.
