Business Development Director ROHL Global Networks

Lead growth at ROHL Global Networks as the Director of Business Development, focusing on U.S. and Canadian dark fiber and data center construction. This remote role emphasizes sales and establishing client relationships in emerging markets.

In this key role, you will drive initiatives for dark fiber and turnkey solutions across North America. You will cultivate relationships with hyperscalers and telecommunication firms while spearheading fiber optic opportunities in Alaska and the Lower 48. You'll report directly to the CEO, utilizing your expertise to win significant construction projects and enhance the client pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Originate and close dark fiber IRU agreements with U.S. customers

• Win fiber optic construction projects across U.S. and Canadian markets

• Pursue renewable energy project construction in the Lower 48

• Sell integrated site, space, and power solutions in Canada

• Represent the company at major industry events

Requirements:

• 8+ years in business development or sales in relevant sectors

• Established relationships with hyperscaler procurement teams

• Strong understanding of IRU deal structures and construction fundamentals

• Demonstrated ability to manage long sales cycles independently

• Essential negotiation and communication skills for C-level interactions
