Homebuilding Service Representative in Lloydminster

Join Nelson Homes as a Service Representative for Ready-to-Move homes based out of Lloydminster, Alberta. Perform field-based inspections and repairs while providing exceptional customer service.

This contracted role requires a self-motivated individual who holds their own company and WCB coverage in Alberta and Saskatchewan. You'll be responsible for visiting customer homes to conduct post-delivery inspections, handle initial service repairs, and complete year-end service checks. The ability to work independently while maintaining high customer satisfaction is key to this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct post-delivery inspections and document any issues

• Complete initial service repairs related to move damage

• Travel for year-end service visits to assess deficiencies

• Maintain high standards and represent Nelson Homes professionally

• Perform various residential repairs including drywall and plumbing

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving abstract

• Personal tools for various repair tasks
