Border Inn & Suites is seeking a hotel receptionist for permanent, full-time roles. Responsibilities include registering guests, managing reservations, and balancing cash reports effectively. The ideal candidate is organized and flexible, ready to contribute to a welcoming atmosphere while performing light housekeeping duties as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Register guests and efficiently assign their rooms
• Accept, modify, or cancel reservations
• Prepare cash reports and complete balance sheets
• Perform clerical tasks such as filing and faxing
• Answer phone calls and relay important messages
Requirements:
• Fluent in English; strong communication skills
• High school graduation certificate mandatory
• Experience in a hospitality setting is a plus
• Reliability and client-focused mentality
• Good organizational skills with flexibility in shifts
