Mustard Seed Early Learning Academy is looking for a caring, energetic Preschool Assistant with experience in sales and marketing to help grow enrollment in our early learning program.
Responsibilities:- Support teachers and assist with daily classroom activities
- Help create a safe, nurturing environment for young children
- Build strong relationships with families
- Promote our program to prospective parents
- Conduct tours, follow up with inquiries, and help increase enrollment
- Assist with community outreach and marketing efforts
- 90 Hours Infant and Toddler certification
- Background in sales, marketing, or client recruitment
- Strong communication and people skills
- Friendly, organized, and dependable
- Passion for early childhood education and program growth
