- Collaborate in interdisciplinary team meetings to develop comprehensive care plans.
- Educate residents and family members on conditions, care plans, and medications thoroughly and compassionately.
- Degree or certification from an accredited nursing program.
- Active state licensure as an LPN.
- Current CPR certification.
- Minimum of six months of relevant nursing experience.
- Passionate about providing exceptional care to seniors.
