Urban One Baltimore is growing!!! We’re looking for business development professionals who know how to open doors, uncover client needs, and close revenue across multiplatform digital media and broadcast radio solutions.

This role is built for sellers who understand how audiences, data, and multi-platform campaigns drive real business outcomes. You’ll work with local, regional, and national advertisers to develop integrated solutions that include broadcast audio, digital, and event-based marketing.

Who succeeds here:

• Proven B2B new-business sales tigers
• Comfort selling digital and data-driven solutions
• Strong computer skills and ability to quickly master industry platforms (Microsoft Office required,) CRM usage required.
• High accountability, urgency, and a hunter’s mindset with strong self-motivation and independent work skills

This is a commission-based role with uncapped income and significant upside. Our office is in Woodlawn (Baltimore,) MD, but your sales territory is nationwide, giving you access to a broad and diverse client base. Hybrid work style with some in-office days required.

Media sales experience is a definite plus—but curiosity, hustle, and business acumen matter more. If you thrive on prospecting, building pipelines, and helping clients grow through smart marketing, this is a strong next move.
