Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, shoppers, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout retail common areas, parking areas, entrances, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity;
Monitor access points and observe activity within the location, reporting suspicious conditions, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to appropriate personnel;
Prepare accurate incident reports and maintain clear communication with site management, law enforcement, and/or emergency responders as needed
