Responsibilities- Design and build cloud-native, twelve-factor applications
- Create microservices with Java, Spring Boot, REST
- Work across UI, APIs, batch jobs, and databases (DB2, PostgreSQL)
- Drive Dev Ops practices with CI/CD, Open Shift, AWS, Jenkins, Git
- Ensure accessibility (Section 508) and high-performance architecture
- Lead technical discussions, mentor developers, and shape solution strategy
- 12+ years with Java, Spring Boot, Angular/React
- Strong experience with AWS/Open Shift, microservices, Agile
- Hands-on technical leadership
- Ability to obtain/maintain Public Trust clearance
- BDD/TDD, Cucumber, JUnit, Mockito
- Cloud-native design and containerization
