International Key Accountmanager

As International Key Account Manager, you contribute to the expansion of Mepals international export business. You combine new business development with international key account management, build relationships with leading retail organisations and help strengthen Mepals position across Europe and selected international markets.
As International Key Account Manager within the Export team, you combine commercial drive with strong relationship management skills. You enjoy identifying new business opportunities while further developing existing international key accounts. You know how to connect with the right decision-makers, quickly understand their needs and translate them into long-term commercial partnerships. With your proactive attitude, analytical mindset and collaborative approach, you build strong customer relationships and contribute to Mepals international growth ambitions.
Your responsibilities will include:
Building, managing and expanding a portfolio of international key accounts through new business development and by strengthening existing customer relationships.
Identifying customer needs and translating them into commercial opportunities and account plans.
Coordinating the commercial process from agreement to delivery, ensuring smooth collaboration with internal teams.
Working closely with Marketing to successfully introduce new product collections.
Representing Mepal at international customer visits and trade fairs.
Contributing ideas for process improvements and commercial initiatives.
Maintaining customer and account information in the CRM system.
