Classroom Assistant - School Age Child Care

The Lock Haven Branch YMCA is seeking school age child care assistants at 2 sites! These sites include:
Lock Haven and Mill Hall.

Our Classroom Assistants or Assistant Teachers are an important part of the YMCA childcare family. Classroom Assistants aid Lead Teachers in implementing lesson plans and activities that provide our children with quality and age appropriate experiences. As a YMCA employee, you will work alongside diverse leaders with different backgrounds, perspective and strengths in connecting with your community.

This individual will work in the morning 6:30am-8:30am and/or 2-6pm daily, at least 4 days a week Monday-Friday.

High School Diploma or General Education Certificate and two (2) years work experience related to the care and development of children; minimum 18 years of age.
