Job Details
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Permanent PLC Controls Engineer to join our dynamic team in the Manufacturing industry. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a team of dedicated professionals and play a key role in our company's growth and success. As a PLC Controls Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex control systems that improve manufacturing efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement PLC control systems using RSLogix and Allen Bradley.
- Utilize Solid Works and AutoCAD to create detailed electrical diagrams and schematics.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing processes and systems.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure optimal performance and compliance with industry standards.
- Provide technical support and training to maintenance and production staff.
- Participate in project planning and budgeting, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a PLC Controls Engineer in the Manufacturing industry.
- Proficient with RSLogix, Allen Bradley, Solid Works, and AutoCAD.
- Strong knowledge of electrical controls and troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proven ability to design and implement complex control systems that improve manufacturing efficiency and productivity.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
- Willingness to continuously learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
