STEP, Inc. is seeking a Family Advocate to provide health, mental health, nutrition, parent engagement, and social services support to Head Start families and pregnant women in the Lycoming-Clinton Counties area.
You will collaborate with families, plan services, and help navigate community resources while ensuring program standards are met. A degree in Human Services or related field is required, with credentialing support within 18 months, and at least one year of relevant experience.
