Schedule: Monday – Friday

Hours: 40 hours per week

Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Meal Break: 30 minutes

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to serve as our next Director of Rehabilitation in beautiful Lock Haven, PA. Lead and oversee rehabilitation services within the facility

Provide hands‑on Physical Therapy treatment as needed

Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans

Supervise rehab operations and ensure compliance with all regulations

Collaborate closely with nursing, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams

Mentor and support rehab staff while promoting clinical excellence

Ensure high standards of patient outcomes and satisfaction

Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in Pennsylvania

Prior leadership or rehab management experience preferred

Strong communication and organizational skills

Passion for geriatric care and resident‑centered therapy

Experience in assisted living, SNF, or personal care settings is a plus
