- Identify, plan, implement and lead key projects to improve quality, reduce regulatory risks, increase productivity, and improve cycle time by reducing wasted time, rework, etc. resulting in significant business improvements.
- Track effectiveness of process improvements, projects, corrective and preventative actions.

- Support data analytic activities including analyzing raw data and developing effective reporting tools including advanced MS Excel worksheets.

- Coordinate with Company Executives and other professionals to create unique data infrastructure, run tests on designs to isolate errors, and update systems to accommodate changes in company needs.
- Create reports and dashboards for internal teams.
- Develop and implement databases and data collection systems.
- Utilize various methods to visualize data such as infographics and graphs.
- Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business decisions.
- Structure large data sets to find usable information.
- Make recommendations on findings via presentations and discussions.
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in data sets.
- Utilize SQL to create reports, pages and identify opportunities in business practices to support WMS and JDE ERP software packages.
- Minimum 4-year bachelor degree is preferred, plus 3 years work experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering degree with Data Analytics specialization preferred.
- Databases and Platforms:
Db2 SQL, MS SQL Server, MySQL, MS Access. - Business Intelligence and Data Analytics:
Power BI (end‑to‑end development), Tableau, Minitab, Advanced MS Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables, Macros), Pentaho, Power Apps, Power Automate.
