Warehouse Supervisor

Our personal care and household product portfolio includes baby diapers, wipes, feminine pads, paper towels, bath tissue, adult incontinence products, laundry detergents, fabric finishers, and dishwash solutions. In addition, we manufacture certain raw materials and components used in the manufacturing of these products, including flexible print and packaging solutions.

This position will be responsible for directing the activities of the Warehouse:
Raw Materials and Finished Goods in an efficient manner for the desired quality and quantity of work and promote safety at all levels.

• Maintains a safe work environment, improve safety systems and eliminate the causes of accidents, and hold everyone accountable for their role in safety
• Follows necessary GMP, FDA, and ISO regulations/guidelines
• Assigns daily workload and special projects
• Develops and maintains a professional relationship with all team members through adherence to policies, performance evaluations, and training
• Supervises the activities of the Finished Goods and/or Raw Material team members
• Stimulates the maximum efficiency and productivity of:
• Shuttling activities
• Shipping activities
• Finished goods storage
• Receiving activities
• Material issues to production
• Raw material storage
• Parcel receiving.
• Responsible for non‑exempt performance appraisals
• Assists in time and attendance record keeping
• Approves non‑exempt vacation and plans for coverage as needed
• Maintains and adheres good housekeeping practices
• Assists in required training for finished goods and raw materials personnel
• Maintenance of warehouse buildings and operational equipment
• Observes and enforces all operational policies and procedures

• Bachelor’s degree in a management field or equivalent years of experience.
• Three to five years’ experience in a leadership position with three subordinates.
• Advanced knowledge of Warehouse operations
• Advanced oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to interact with other department managers.
• Standard knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office programs.
