Production Worker - 3rd Shift

7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Shift Pattern: 2-2-3 Schedule

We are seeking dependable and motivated Production Workers to join our manufacturing team in McElhattan, PA. This is a hands-on production role responsible for loading and unloading machinery, material handling, and supporting production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Load and unload materials into production machinery
• Monitor equipment and production flow
• Move raw materials and finished products throughout the facility
• Perform material handling duties using appropriate equipment
• Ensure products meet quality and production standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Work effectively as part of a team to meet production goals

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Previous manufacturing or production experience is preferred, but not required
• Ability to work a 12-hour overnight shift
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as needed
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to workplace safety

• 3rd Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
• 2-2-3 rotating schedule
