Job Description

The First Church of Christ is seeking a Senior Minister who can communicate clearly through inspirational teaching, and will demonstrate a warm, compassionate personality that supports the church and community through visitation and spiritual guidance.

• Demonstrate the biblical qualities of Elders and Shepherds as defined in I Timothy 4:6-13 and I peter 5:1-4.
• Successful candidate will use his spiritual gifts to preach and teach, to be a problem-solver, and
• To foster a spirit of cooperation between all age groups.

• Delivering well-researched, documented, clear and biblical sermons;
• Supporting and strengthening a team approach to ministry;
• Encouraging and supervising a plan growing the church;
• Educating and nurturing new members; and
• Encouraging and supporting the youth program.
