Registered Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse RN to join our team at Lock Haven Rehabilitation & Senior Living in Lock Haven, Pennsylvania. Our state-of-the-art rehabilitation center is committed to delivering exceptional care and services to our patients, and we are looking for a motivated and caring individual like you to play a key role in our team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care, utilizing evidence-based practices and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans
• Conduct patient assessments, administer medications, and perform treatments as ordered by physicians
• Educate patients and their families on disease management, wound care, and rehabilitation techniques
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and develop effective communication strategies with patients, families, and healthcare providers

Requirements:

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Pennsylvania
• Possesses a strong understanding of patient care principles, nursing theories, and practices
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and situations
