RN Supervisor – Night Shift (7p–7a)

Location: Haven Place

Position Type: Part-Time

Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse Night Shift Supervisor to join our team at Haven Place, a premier residential, long-term, rehabilitation, and subacute care provider. We're committed to delivering exceptional patient care and improving outcomes.

Job Summary:

As a Registered Nurse Night Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising nursing staff. You will manage a team of healthcare professionals, ensure compliance with policies and procedures, and maintain a safe and efficient clinical environment. Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support all nursing staff on the night shift.
  • Develop and implement effective patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Conduct regular rounds to monitor patient care and identify areas for improvement.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state.
  • Minimum of 2 years clinical nursing experience
    , preferably in long-term care or skilled nursing.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
  • Excellent clinical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
