As a Registered Nurse Infection Control Nurse IP, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents and patients. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement infection control policies and procedures to minimize the risk of infection and disease transmission
- Conduct routine surveillance and monitoring of infection control practices and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a comprehensive approach to infection control
- Provide education and training to staff on infection control practices and protocols
- Investigate and report all suspected or confirmed cases of infection and disease transmission
- Participate in quality assessment and performance improvement activities to ensure compliance with standards and regulations
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all infection control activities and results

Requirements:
- Current RN license in the state of Pennsylvania
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
