• Provide direct patient care to residents in a long-term care setting, including administering medications, taking vital signs, and performing basic nursing procedures

• Monitor resident's condition and report any changes to the registered nurse or other healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and medication administration
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
