About the Role:
As a Weekend LPN (PA) at Haven Place, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our patients and residents. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as prescribed by the physician
Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitoring patient vital signs and reporting any changes to the nursing staff
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
