About the Role:

As a RN Registered Nurse 7 to 3, you will work 7:00 am to 3:00 pm shifts, providing exceptional nursing care to our residents in a state-of-the-art rehabilitation and senior living facility. You will collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, conduct assessments, and administer medications. Your exceptional communication skills will enable you to effectively educate and inform patients and families about their care, while your empathetic nature will help to create a sense of calm and comfort in our warm and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality, individualized nursing care to residents in accordance with facility policies and procedures
  • Conduct clinical assessments, develop care plans, and implement interventions to achieve optimal patient outcomes
  • Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement effective care plans
  • Educate and inform patients and families about their care, medications, and treatment options
  • Maintain accurate and timely records and documentation
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and professional development opportunities
