As a Weekend LPN (PA) at Haven Place, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our patients and residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as prescribed by the physician

• Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Monitoring patient vital signs and reporting any changes to the nursing staff

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
