- Provide direct patient care, including assessments, medications, treatments, and wound care, under the guidance of the RN Supervisor
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor patient progress, report changes, and respond to concerns or emergencies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and logs
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
