Emerge is currently recruiting qualified candidates for a direct hire Industrial Data Analytics Engineer job near Lock Haven, PA for our client, a precision-driven, ITAR-regulated advanced manufacturer. This role involves leading key projects to improve quality, reduce regulatory risk, and boost productivity across three manufacturing facilities and transforming raw data into advanced reporting tools that drive continuous improvement and smarter business decisions.

The position offers a salary range of $85,000 to $100,000 based on experience plus excellent benefits. A relocation package is also available.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and implement process improvements that reduce waste, rework, and non-value-added time within manufacturing operations.
  • Track and measure the effectiveness of process changes, corrective actions, preventive actions, and continuous improvement initiatives using KPI-driven analysis.
  • Analyze raw operational data and develop advanced Excel-based reports, dashboards, and reporting tools to support business and manufacturing decisions.
  • Partner with executives, plant leadership, and business teams to identify improvement opportunities and translate data findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Prepare audit findings, performance summaries, and improvement reports for management review.
Qualifications
  • 5 or more years of experience in data analytics, process improvement, or continuous improvement within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven experience monitoring and analyzing KPI data to drive measurable business improvements.
  • Hands-on experience applying Lean and continuous improvement methodologies to reduce waste, rework, and cycle time.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, reporting tools) with strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
  • This position is subject to ITAR compliance:
