Job DescriptionThe Order Puller is responsible for filling customer orders using a pick list and preparing orders for shipment according to company standards.
Primary Responsibilities- Works under the close supervision of supervisor and team leader.
- Receives daily work instructions and work assignments from team leaders.
- Utilizes the pick ticket process to obtain product from location and ensures completeness and correctness of all orders filled.
- Operates handling equipment to properly stage completed orders.
- Packs warehouse orders as necessary.
- Must meet daily productivity and quality standards set for order process roles.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Previous warehouse experience preferred and basic computer skills.
- Good communication including basic reading and math skills.
- Must be able to read and understand written and verbal instructions.
- Must be able to move, lift and transport products up to 50 lbs in a non-climate-controlled warehouse.
- Standing, lifting, bending and moving heavy packages for extended periods up to 10-hour shifts.
Monday to Friday: 7AM to 3:30PM is Day Shift; 4PM to 12:30AM is Evening Shift. Overtime possible.
Pay Rate$17.50 per hour plus $1.00 shift differential for evening shift.

Eligible to accrue up to 128 hours annually.
