Outcomes First Group (via Options Autism) is seeking a Residential Childcare Worker in Lochmaben, Dumfriesshire. You’ll help create a safe, nurturing home where children can heal, grow and thrive. No prior experience is required; full training will be provided to build a meaningful career.
The role is full-time (39 hours/week) with a rolling rota across 5 days. A full UK manual driving licence is essential; sponsorship is not available.
