Job SummaryProvide specialized services and support to departmental office or program. May coordinate, evaluate, develop, and implement specialized materials and training programs to support departmental initiatives.
Responsibilities- Coordinate, evaluate, develop, and implement specialized materials to support departmental programs.
- Provide training or support training programs.
- Review and process documents, maintain databases, and provide reports.
- Provide information to others regarding processes and procedures.
- Assist with general reporting and maintenance of databases as required.
- Processes and procedures related to departmental work.
- Maintain an established work schedule.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills, including tact and diplomacy.
- Organizational and planning skills with attention to detail and follow‑through.
- Maintain confidentiality of work‑related information and materials.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships.
- Proficiency using standard office software applications and student information and database systems.
- Work routinely performed in a standard office or similar environment.
- Stand, walk, sit, bend, reach, kneel, push, and pull.
- Occasional lifting of objects up to 30 pounds.
- Work safely and follow safety rules; report unsafe conditions.
Pay Rate: $23.00/hr
