United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Sr. Thermal Engineer (Spacecraft Analysis) to own the Starmind satellite thermal model and define the environments for the vehicle across lifecycle.
You will drive heat-rejection trades and manage the system thermal budget to ensure safe operation of hundreds of kilowatts of AI compute in space. You will collaborate with fluids analysts and hardware owners, perform TVAC testing, and automate analysis workflows to support design and flight readiness.
