We are seeking a qualified Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) for a 13‑week contract assignment in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. The SLP will evaluate, diagnose, and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders to improve functional outcomes and quality of life.

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapy for speech, language, voice, fluency, and dysphagia disorders
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and outcomes accurately and timely
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to support resident care goals
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy plans and strategies
• Ensure compliance with all facility policies, state regulations, and professional standards

• Active State Speech‑Language Pathology license (must be current)
• ASHA Certification (CCC‑SLP) required
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Speech‑Language Pathologist
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or rehabilitation setting preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills
