Plum Creek Recovery Ranch is seeking a Recovery Support Staff (RSS) to observe and assist clients in recovery from alcohol or substance abuse and help with daily living activities and therapeutic engagement. You will support group therapy, in-service education, and staff meetings while ensuring safety and a calm therapeutic environment.
The role requires a high school diploma or GED, CPR and CPI certifications, and preferably prior inpatient mental health experience.
