Join Our Team as a Hospitality Aide Provide Compassionate Support and Enhance Resident Comfort

We're seeking a dedicated and dependable Hospitality Aid to join our team! This role is essential in supporting residents’ daily care while helping maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Success in this position requires reliability, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

• Support Nursing Services (Non-Clinical):
  Assist the nursing department with non-nursing tasks, including bed-making, passing water and ice, answering call lights, and gathering supplies.
• Assist with Meals:
  Prepare,deliver, and clean upmeals following dietary guidelines and safety standards.
• Encourage Participation:
  Support a positive living environment by encouraging residents to engage in activities and social programs.
• Maintain Cleanliness:
  Keep resident rooms andcommon areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Provide Laundry Assistance:
  
  Assist with resident laundry services as needed.
• Follow Safety & Compliance Standards:
  
  Comply withthe Patient Bill of Rights, Employee Responsibilities, and all company and departmental safety policies and procedures.
• Observe and Report:
  
  Identify and promptly report concerns, safety issues, or conditions requiring management or nursing attention.
• Assistas Needed:
  Performadditionalnon-clinical duties to supportdailyfacility operations.
