Job Description
PRODUCTION SHIFT LEAD
Monday - Friday
6:00 am - 2:30 pm
$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Lead and support production team members to maintain efficient workflow and meet daily production goals
- Monitor operations to ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and on schedule
- Keep employees on task while reinforcing company procedures and quality standards
- Assist team members with troubleshooting issues and answering production-related questions
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, employees, and other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Utilize computer programs such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word to complete daily reports and tasks
- Learn and operate the company's in-house systems and production software
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
- Promote teamwork, accountability, and positive morale throughout the department
- Previous leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience required
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and manage multiple priorities
- Manufacturing or foundry experience preferred, but not required
- Bilingual skills are a plus
