The Cook at Plum Creek Recovery Ranch is responsible for preparing meats, seafood, vegetables and other hot items, following recipes and portion sizes, and maintaining a clean and sanitary station. Must be able to read, adjust recipes, and operate kitchen equipment safely.
Requires a High School degree or equivalent and a Food Handlers certificate within 30 days, plus at least 1 year of cooking experience in a healthcare-like setting. Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.
