• Expertise in seasoning and flavoring meats with rubs, and sauces to enhance taste and tenderness, while demonstrating knowledge of different flavor profiles.
• Monitor and maintain precise temperature and smoke levels within the pit or smoker, adjusting settings as needed to achieve the desired flavor, texture, and consistency of the BBQ meats being prepared.
• Adhere strictly to food safety protocols, ensuring proper handling, storage, and preparation of meats, and maintain a clean and organized work area to prevent contamination and maintain health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with other team members and the management team to communicate effectively and coordinate the timing and readiness of BBQ meats for service, contributing to a smooth workflow and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality BBQ to customers.
