Retail Sales Associate

Overview

Full-Time Retail Sales Associate / Pawnbroker position. Hourly wage plus commission opportunity. Pay rate: $14.00 to $17.00 per hour. Earned commission structure available for every transaction processed.

• Greet and interact with customers to provide and recommend appropriate financial solutions.
• Perform non-management open/close procedures and maintain a clean, stocked sales floor.
• Process sales and loan transactions in accordance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Handle cash and negotiable items per policies and procedures.
• Assist customers with inquiries and problem resolution; provide clear communications about legal aspects of pawn and buy transactions.
• Work with team members to create a positive customer experience and complete assigned training.
• Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and be flexible to work across locations as needed.

• Minimum Age: 18 years old;
  High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and perform duties for extended periods (standing, walking, bending, etc.).
• Ability to work with firearms and become firearms certified where required.
• Cash handling experience preferred; strong math and POS system literacy.
• Excellent customer service, teamwork, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays; multi-location work as needed.

• Commission: 2%–8% based on personal gross profit; details provided during interview.
