Real Cold is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to direct daily warehouse operations in our cold storage facility. You will oversee the team, ensure safety, quality, and efficiency, and coordinate storage and distribution to meet customer schedules.
You should have at least 3 years in distribution/warehouse work, 1 year supervisory experience, and familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems and forklift operations. We value teamwork, reliability, and a strong safety mindset.
